Mark and Will.

Mark

NHBC-registered builder & developer

Mark runs his own NHBC-registered construction and development company, building new homes across Rugby and Warwickshire. Held to the same NHBC standard your developer is, he knows exactly where corners get cut, because his job is making sure they don't.

Will

Chartered construction manager & construction law

Will is a chartered construction manager with a master's in construction law. He knows your warranty, your rights, and exactly what your developer is obliged to put right, so your snag list becomes something you can actually enforce.

Local-first

Houlton's recurring issues are different to Cawston's, which are different again to Coton Park's. We know the difference because we work here.

Independent, always

We never act for builders or developers. That keeps the report yours, and gives it real weight when you push for fixes.
