2. Booking
Pick a date that works. We confirm it by return and take payment 48 hours before the inspection, so nothing needs settling on the day. We strongly recommend scheduling your survey within the first 7 days of moving in.
3. Inspection
2–4 hours on site, room-by-room, inside and out, with moisture and damp metering as standard. Complete adds thermal imaging, cavity wall inspection and a drone roof survey. We work methodically and don't rush.
4. Documentation
Every snag photographed in context, with notes, location and severity rating.
5. Report delivery
A clear, photographic PDF arrives in your inbox within 24 hours. Pass it straight to your developer.
6. Follow-through (Managed)
"Fixed" and fixed are not always the same thing. With Managed we return once your developer says the works are done, check every item off and verify in writing what was actually fixed, liaising with your site team so you do not have to chase.
